Hermès’ runway for spring were especially desirable in wearable cottons and leathers in black , saddle, and whites. The bright detailing and colorful silks was reflective of creative director Christophe Lemaire’s looking toward the geometric shapes and striking colors of Bauhaus and abstract artist Josef Albers this season. It resulted in not only covetable bags—the rectangular clutch with a single bar closure that the girls carried folded in half was great, but a selection of luxurious, wrist cuffs and soft leather hand gloves
