Challenge to lose 10lbs!


Hello friends,  Here is a 10 day challenge to shed a few pounds.    Chick on the photo for daily food consumption.  10lbs in 10 days.  Does it work??? Let's give it a try together!

    10 - 10 diet instructions


First Drinking Water is an Important Factor of this Diet.
Take your body weight, divide it in half and that equals the number of ounces of
water you should be drinking each day.
Example 120 pounds / 2 = 60 ounces of water
Take a daily multi-vitamin.
No Salt if you must you may use a salt substitute

No Sugar - Artificial sweetener may be used.

Coffee and  Tea – no cream, artifical sweeteners only.

Vegetables boiled & drained – without butter – vinegar or lemon juice may be used
.

Salads without dressing – vinegar, lemon juice or artificial sweetener may be added to taste.

All meats and fish boiled or broiled – lean meat only (beef, veal, lamb, fowl and fish).


NO PORK OR SHELL FISH

No eating between meals. Try to eat meals at the same time each day.
IMPORTANT DO NOT SKIP ANY MEAL!

Stop Eating 3 Hours before Bedtime

ABSOLUTELY NO ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES OF ANY KIND

25 to 30 Minutes of Cardio Per day
