Hello dear friends! How did we get to the month of May so fast.  Soon the summer months will be here as well! My trip to the south of France and Paris is rapidly approaching! Before we get into 
that I wanted tell you about the Met Gala in NYC. 
Anna Wintour's Party!

 This Monday May 4th is the Metropolitan Costume Gala ( click for article)  One of my favorites at last years Gala  was Suki Waterhouse wearing  a pastel Burberry.

If you are able to make to the Metropolitan Museum on Monday evening,  you can get  a glimpse at the parade of dresses.  Anna Wintour's theme is  a Chinese influence on Western fashion.
So let's see what the designers have come up with.. Tune into

Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute benefit, known as the Met Ball. In addition to kicking off the museum’s annual blockbuster fashion show, devoted this year to Chinese aesthetics’ influence on Western fashion, the event has become a testament to the unmistakable power of its co-host, the 65-year-old editor of Vogue and artistic director of Condé Nast, Anna Wintour, continuing the mythmaking of films such as “The Devil Wears Prada” and — in a retort of sorts to that thinly disguised portrayal — the 2009 documentary “The September Issue.”
