Hunter Rain Boots

Perfect time for a fad called Hunter!   With winter months approaching, hunter boots will no doubt do the trick and keep  your feet warm and dry! Who would have thought these army style boots would be so fashionable. I tend to think big feet don't do well with this boot.  Only my opinion of course! I guess when function is more important size doesn't matter!  Ciao babies!

American entrepreneur Mr. Henry Lee Norris started North British Rubber Company (later to be renamed Hunter Boots, of course), with only four employees.

Wellington boots are waterproof and are most often made from rubber or a synthetic equivalent. They are usually worn when walking on very wet or muddy ground, or to protect the wearer from industrial chemicals — and they are traditionally knee-height.
Green wellies are popular in Britain, while black wellies remain the favourite in Scandinavia and the USA. Wellies specifically made for cold weather, lined with warm insulating material, are especially popular in Northern Europe.

Oh, by the way, found something pretty cool at FANCY!   Great Gadgets on this site!
