Hello April loves! Looking for something pretty to wear for spring? Explored back into the 2013 spring runways and found Carven and Chloe fashionably fresh and girly! Love the cut out bodice dresses from Carven and the white sheers from Chloe!
My experience is to buy early in the season for the best spring and summer clothes. Favorite dresses and sandals seem to sell out fast.
Carven
Chloe
It is a tall order to be the creative director of a house during its 60th anniversary. And to do that in only your third season is an even taller one. Yet Clare Waight Keller came through this challenge with suitable aplomb for Spring. It was her most accomplished collection yet.
Chloe
Carven
In the three years Guillaume Henry has headed upCarven, he's established new codes for the old couture house with surprising swiftness and confidence. The cheeky cutouts, the snug little sweaters, and the trim and neat tailleurs that made today's front row look like a convention of naughty prep school girls all made reappearances on the runway. The difference was this collection's new mood. "Lost in India in the middle of the twentieth century" was how Henry described it, though he also cited influences like the Art Nouveau star Émile Gallé and African safaris. How we describe it: moodier, sophisticated, more grown-up.
