Lady Gaga attended the celebration Circo Massimo, during the 2011 Euro pride in Rome. Her gown resembled a large sumptuous picnic table cloth and was an original piece from Gianni Versace. The event displayed the Italians in an exhilarated harmony and all was peaceful among the million attendees.
The 25-year-old pop star sang 'Born This Way' and 'The Edge of Glory' at the event held at the Circus Maximus site -- a former ancient Roman chariot racing stadium -- and addressed the huge crowd to highlight the need for homosexual people to have equal rights across the world.
Wearing a blue wig and a Versace gown, she said: "We're all from the same DNA. We were just born this way. I stand here as a woman of the world and I ask governments, with you, worldwide to facilitate our dream of equality.
"Let us be revolutionaries of love and use our very strong human powers to save lives and encourage unity around the world."
Bellissimo!
Elegance is not what you wear.
And it is not about how you wear it. It is more about who you are!
