The Issey Miyake Spring 2011 story is up for interpretation like a “choose your own adventure” story – there is a something elegant for everybody. Dai Fujiwara manages to produce things that float effortlessly into our minds and linger. This collection takes us on a fashion trip around the world drawing influence from European markets . The black and white color palette came back in a fresh graphic approach to a spring floral. Loved the floral anklet on the mini-dress look and the large white beach bag. This journey through the mind and creative realms of the Issey Miyake world left me extraordinarily inspired.
