Luca Luca Casual Fashion

This welcoming collection from Raul Melgoza 2011 collection showed a light  casual  elegance with breezy fabrics and cool sophistication  . Belted dresses and tops gave a classic touch. The printed leaf pattern appeared delicate in pastel color hues. Love the pale blue and tangerine combination.

In early 2008, Luca Orlandi, the founder of the company, appointed Raul Melgoza as the new Creative Director. Born and raised in Los Angeles, Melgoza graduated from University of Southern California with a degree in finance and then attended Parsons School of Design where he graduated top of his class and was nominated for Designer of the Year. While a student, he worked at Vera Wang to hone his skills and techniques. Upon graduation in 2005, he joined LUCA LUCA where he worked closely with Orlandi and quickly rose to the position of Senior Designer.

In May of 2008, LUCA LUCA was acquired by the Miami-based Equitium Group, with the vision of building a premiere luxury fashion brand on global scale. The Equitium Group focus is brands in the luxury consumer products space.
