Thuy Diep (pronounced "twee", happens to be an up and coming fashion designer in New York. We met at a Fashion event during fashion week in February.(Story posted on 2/10) Her collections have caught the eye of fashionista's and retailers. I realized she also is appearing on the Bravo series "Double Exposure" She has worked with high end designers (Carolina Herrer, Peter Som, Zac Posen) and was encouraged to form her own label. Thuy, will be going to France and has set up a Studio at the Palais Miramar, Suite 524, during the Cannes film festival. She will be there in person on May 12th-23rd Her spring collection exuberates playful casual chic with understated sophistication. Love Love her skirts and choice of fabrics. Thuy Diep, is definitely a designer to keep a watch for lovely things to come!              |
